Captain Rudy Gay was born and raised in Apalachicola, Florida. Captain Rudy's family used to be care takers for St. Vincent Island when it was privately owned. He spent the first years of his life living on St. Vincent. He has a Masters Captain license. With this he can show others what's so special about the Apalachicola's Bay and Estuary.
